- My own life experience has taught me that following my heart
and passion with career direction will bring the energy and joy to reach
life goals. I believe life coaching helps you access your own knowing
about your life mission.
I am writing in the third person, even though I am a staff
of one. It is my hope that this information will help you decide to match
me with your coaching or training needs.
For over twenty years, Janneke ("Yonica") Brown has successfully
brought increased personal and professional growth to individuals and organizations.
Her specialty is helping individuals enhance their intuition to pragmatically
define and creatively reach their life goals. She enjoys emphasizing "intuitive
intelligence" and "emotional intelligence" to help clients
be who they are in the process of increased career success. She is particularly
skilled at assisting clients who are at key points of success such as budding
career development, advanced career recognition, or self-employment yet
discovering frustration in forwarding their deepest interests. Janneke
then empowers clients by providing strategic planning which furthers these
interests in increasing: career satisfaction, work/life balance, profit,
energy to develop and follow great intuitive hunches, and spirit~mind~body
wellness.
Janneke attained a Master's Degree in Clinical Social Work at the University
of Houston, and a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology at the University of
Colorado at Denver. In addition to this formal training, she held increasingly
responsible jobs providing clinical leadership, project administration,
workshop planning/presentation, staff training, community college instruction,
and treatment program development/restructuring. Consistent recognition
for ability to: envision simple plans for complex organizational dilemmas;
ability to integrate new and divergent ideas or departments; and skill
sets for team building and problem solving, led to interest in coaching
others Currently, advanced postgraduate study is being completed toward
certification as a Master Personal and Executive Coach at the College of
Executive Coaching - the leader in coach training for professionals with
advanced degrees.
